Delete a single connected channel
In Sarasto Hub, open Settings, find the connected Instagram, Facebook Page or WhatsApp account, and disconnect it. This revokes the access token we hold for that account and stops any further collection from it. Conversations already delivered into your inbox stay in your workspace until you delete the workspace itself.
Delete your workspace and all of its data
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask for the workspace to be deleted, naming the workspace. We will confirm the request with you, delete the workspace from our production systems, and confirm when it is done. Copies in routine backups are removed as those backups age out on their ordinary cycle rather than being individually reached into.
Deleting the workspace removes the conversations, messages, contacts, uploaded knowledge documents and their embeddings, workflows and their run history, campaign records, and the platform tokens held for it.
Removing your data from Meta
Disconnecting a channel here does not remove anything from Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp themselves — those messages live in Meta's products, and only Meta can delete them. You can also remove Sarasto Hub's access from Meta's side at any time, in Settings → Business integrations on the Facebook account that granted it. Doing so revokes our token immediately.
Data we hold about you as an individual
For the personal data we hold about you as a Sarasto Hub user — name, email address, and session records — write to [email protected] and we will act on the request. Your rights over that data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Requests from your own customers
Where one of your customers asks you to delete their data, you are the controller of it and can delete the conversation in the product. Write to us if you need help reaching something the interface does not expose.
