Agreement
These terms govern your use of Sarasto Hub, a product of Sarasto. [Registered entity name and address, and the governing law and jurisdiction, to be inserted before launch.] By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for what the people you invite into your workspace do with it. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you must not use Sarasto Hub if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
Your data and your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Sarasto Hub — your knowledge base, your campaigns, and the conversations your customers have with you. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you.
You are responsible for having the right to process the customer data you bring into the product, including any consent your own customers must give.
Connected platforms
Sarasto Hub works by connecting to third-party platforms — Meta, Google, Microsoft and others. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, and you must comply with them. We do not control those platforms: they can change their APIs, alter their permission models, rate-limit, or suspend an account, and any of those can affect what Sarasto Hub can do for you.
Advertising and spend
This section matters more than the rest, so it is stated plainly.
- Every advertising object Sarasto Hub creates is created paused. Activating a campaign is a separate action that you take, after being shown the projected spend.
- You pay the ad networks directly. Advertising spend is billed by Google, Meta or Microsoft against your own ad account under your own billing arrangement with them. Sarasto Hub does not take payment for media spend and does not act as an agency of record.
- You are responsible for the budgets you set, for the content of your ads, and for complying with each network’s advertising policies.
- Performance figures shown in Sarasto Hub are read back from each network’s reporting API. Networks measure differently, and where a figure would combine two reporting bases we label it rather than blend it. The networks’ own reports are the billing record.
AI features
AI-generated drafts are suggestions. They are produced from the documents you provide and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular customer. You are responsible for what is sent from your workspace, whether a human wrote it or reviewed it. Where you enable automatic sending, you accept that responsibility for those messages too.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sarasto Hub to:
- Send spam, or messages the recipient has not consented to receive;
- Break the law, or the rules of a connected platform;
- Harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone, or advertise in a way designed to mislead;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other workspaces, or the systems it runs on;
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend an account that is doing any of the above, and we will tell you why.
Availability
We work to keep Sarasto Hub available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment, and we do not imply one anywhere on this site. The service is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Fees
Where a plan is paid, the fees, billing period and any trial terms will be presented before you subscribe, and changes to pricing will be notified in advance. Fees for the service are separate from advertising spend, which you pay the networks directly.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Sarasto Hub and delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach of these terms. When the agreement ends, your right to use the service ends, and your workspace data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export what you need first.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. [The liability cap and the exclusion of indirect losses to be settled with counsel before launch.]
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated terms.
